Lighthouse 9 Angles

In this camera angle I took a close up shot in which the top of my lighthouse was tightly framed. When it comes to principles of design, in the picture I utilized repetition through the dark theme of my render in addition to the curved lines of my lighthouse, (its body, window, and top) the curve of the landscape, and the illusionary curve of the ocean to add emphasis to my picture.

In this camera angle I took a birds eye shot which shows the landscape from an arial perspective which puts into perspective the size of the lighthouse in comparison to that of the landscape. When it comes to principles of design this shot mainly utilizes proportion to give spectators a different and more broad view of the landscape and the lighthouse
In this camera angle I took an eye level shot which not only tightly frames my lighthouse similar to the close up shot but also gives viewers a good view of the details and view from the general height of the lighthouse. When it comes to principles of design this shot also utilized the curved lines or the body, top, and glass sections of the lighthouse, in addition to those of the land and the ocean to add emphasis to the shot.
In this camera angle I took an over the shoulder shot which gives viewers a nice perspective of the landscape from the general height of the lighthouse while also including the top of the lighthouse which adds the the picture by showing the effect of the lighthouse and light on the landscape. When it comes to principles of design this shot uses repetition of horizontal lines to add emphasis to the shot through the horizontal lines that the body, window, and top of the lighthouse make with the landscape and the ocean.
In this camera angle I took a establishing shot which (similar to the birds eye shot) gives viewers a good perspective of the lighthouse in relation of the landscape and the ocean. When it comes to principles of design this shot effectively uses horizontal lines between the lighthouse, landscape and the ocean in addition to informal balance to portray the power of the sea as it gently fades into an abyss through which the light of the lighthouse tries to pierce.
In this camera angle I took an extreme close up shot which gives viewers a view to the intricate details of the lighthouse, casting into clear view the elaborate glass midsection of the lighthouse in addition to the finer details of the light which may not be as visible from the other shots. When it comes to principles of design, this shot utilizes the unison of curved lines through those of the top of the lighthouse, those of the body of the lighthouse, those of the glass main of the lighthouse, and the curve of the ocean in the background.
In this camera angle I took a medium shot which emphasizes the body of the lighthouse and it's scale in relation to the landscape and the ocean in the background. When it comes to principles of design, for this shot, I utilized the horizontal lines of the general bottom area of the lighthouse, to that of the landscape, to that of the ocean as it fades into an abyss to add emphasis.
In this camera angle I took a POV shot which gives the viewer a detailed and intricate view from the perspective of the glass light section of the lighthouse to the beam of the light on the ocean. When it comes to principles of design, for this shot, I utilized the curves of the landscape and the ocean in addition to the darker theme as the ocean fades to an abyss to add emphasis to the render and the light that pierces that darkness of the landscape.
In this final camera angle I took a worms eye shot which provides the spectators with a scale of the lighthouse in addition to giving it a powerful, majestic sort of vibe. When it comes to principles of design, for this shot, I utilized curved and diagonal lines when we look at the curve of the ground, and the diagonals of the rain and the sides of the lighthouse to add emphasis to the design and to add to the theme of a lighthouse standing firm and true in the dark of the rainy night.

Successes and Recommendations: Overall I think this project was a success. I was able to complete and good looking render in addition to getting some nice angled shots that added emphasis through the principles of design we learned. After having now completed the project once, I think the only changes that I would have made would have been to make the landscape a bit more natural looking so to speak to not only enhance my render but to also add emphasis to the theme of the render.
